Mindfully Trying To Conceive

Mindfully Trying to Conceive is a group coaching program designed to equip you with the tools you need to walk through this season fully in control of how the ups and downs affect you.

It combines my years of counseling experience (I am fully certified and have counseled countless women through infertility) and mindfulness practice with my deep and personal understanding of how infertility can rattle even the strongest women.

I can’t promise you a clear path to pregnancy, but I can promise you the support and tools you need to survive the struggle.

Inside of Mindfully Trying to Conceive you will learn how to rewire your mind and stay grounded (anxious free) so that infertility doesn’t destroy everything else in your life.

You will get:

Access to videos: Inside Membervault, you have access to a multitude of videos I created to support you. That’s where the teaching happens. Start with the Module on Creating a Mindfulness journey and follow from there at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to go about it. You can move at your own pace

Journaling Prompts: Additionally, from the video, you will see questions in the text blocs of each lesson with questions that will help you solidify your learnings one step at a time

Group Coaching Calls: On these calls, I will share some more practical steps you can take towards embracing this challenging road and I will be answering all of your questions. This is your time to be supported life by me!

After all, you can handle a lot and you don't feel totally out of control yet. But what if putting your needs first, allowing your mind to stop thinking, doing, fixing wasn't hard as you think? What if there was an easy, simple, short solution? Olga, you are precisely why I put together “The Stop Ignoring it"- Masterclass Series What it is: “The Stop Ignoring it” Masterclass Series is a 4-week course taught live by me, over zoom for one hour every week, from October 13th to November 3rd at Noon EST. The goal of the series is to give you a variety of tools to stop overthinking, overdoing, over-reacting and all things that exhaust your mind and your energy. BEFORE things get out of hand. This masterclass series are designed to problem solve the parts of your thinking that if left un-touched will one day lead you to want to “quit" all the things that you currently love doing, giving, working on, etc… It is about catching “the quit" before it happens. Week by Week: 

  • October 13th- Week one: Learning to slow down without making it boring.
  • October 20th- Week two: How to handle behaviours like blaming complaining, worry, guilt.

  • November 3rd- Week four: How to stop taking things personally.

Reset Your Mindset-February 2023

This 12 week program is designed to give you the foundation needed to eventually become the master of your own mindset, it prepares you to CEO your thoughts and emotions. No one can prevent life from giving us stressful moments, but everyone can do something to have a strong mind even in stressful situations. That, in fact has been my main motivation for coaching, to help women have the mental tools to overcome anything that life throws their way.

Once you enter the program, you will be asked to specifically come up with ONE goal that you want to give it your all for the following 12 weeks. If you aren’t clear on what that is, Olga and the group will help you figure it out. But having clarity on where you want to be, is essential to any progress.

During each week, you will learn a different subject that will help you reflect on your current self-imposed limitations and it will give you an opportunity to create an action plan to avoid staying stock and without action. That’s why every week you will also receive a group call with Olga, to be coached, to ask questions, to gain clarity and motivation.
