September 2024 Reset Your Mindset

This 12 week program is designed to give you the foundation needed to eventually become the master of your own mindset, it prepares you to CEO your thoughts and emotions. No one can prevent life from giving us stressful moments, but everyone can do something to have a strong mind even in stressful situations. That, in fact has been my main motivation for coaching, to help women have the mental tools to overcome anything that life throws their way.

Once you enter the program, you will be asked to specifically come up with ONE goal that you want to give it your all for the following 12 weeks. If you aren’t clear on what that is, Olga and the group will help you figure it out. But having clarity on where you want to be, is essential to any progress.

During each week, you will learn a different subject that will help you reflect on your current self-imposed limitations and it will give you an opportunity to create an action plan to avoid staying stuck and without action. That’s why every week you will also receive a group call with Olga, to be coached, to ask questions, and to gain clarity and motivation.

The total cost of this 12-week program is $2000 CAN (You can choose to make monthly payments if you prefer). 

We get started on September 27th, 2024! Calls are Fridays at 12pm EST.
